All pumps are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

If your pump is under warranty, then please provide us with your order number, as well as a picture of your pump with the power cord cut flush with the pump housing. Once we have received both of those, a replacement can be dispatched within one business day.

Simply send us a message with your order number, and we’ll process your request.

Please note however, that the processing fees (3%) of our payment processor are non-refundable.

Additionally, any shipping charges incurred in getting the order to you are non-refundable.

Our free shipping service utilizes Priority Mail and UPS Ground. For most delivery locations, this means a 2-3 day transit time.
